This class is a Vinyasa Flow but focuses more on stretching rather than strengthening. We will be looking at opening the quads, hamstrings, hips and lower back. As a cyclist new to yoga, I find this 22 minutes perfect for my level. Once I'm used to this, do you have a longer or more advanced video ... But still geared toward cycling? Thank you!

the perfect sequence for after my ride. I'd hoped that you would give instructions before you give a demonstration. Otherwise your timing is pretty good, not too slow not too fast.

I have done this sequence a couple of times now, post ride, and each time I do it I feel better in my recovery. Thank you for helping my legs breathe after a hard ride.

Just what I was looking for. My physiotherapist recommend me to do some yoga to overcome a knee problem (my vastus lateralis are very tens cause of cycling). Great video.

I've done many of the yoga videos for post cycling stretches, but yours is by far my favorite and seems to be the only one that helps my muscles heal. Thanks! ❤️
