is it like some stupid UCI regulations that forbid getting a fresh new bicycle to every race? so all mechanics are replacing all that is allowed by UCI without even checking if it needs to be replaced? if that's the case then it's just pure politics, UCI shows how environemental friendly they are, because they do "something" to prevent environement polution instead of making a real change and test this solution and show the results of this test. why not let teams decide what and when some part or whole bicycle should be replaced and feed used parts market, i would love to buy a pro bicycle that was run only once.
