i use slime inner tubes because tubeless slime get a puncture wouldnt you need a new tyre ?? i wont be buying a spare continental mountain king tyre just a soare slime inner tube :)
-
Did you get that recipe?
-
I used the Slime product on my flat and it fixed it immediately. It would go completely flat within an hours time before using the Slime. $8.94 bottle at walmart is enough to use in 4 bicycle tires. I'm sold on the stuff. You can put in your tire anytime as a protection measure to seal any small punctures immediately that might come along in the future.

Aye but your rims are covered in sticky crap
-
globaluploader: this was cheaper though, I will try and get the recipe from my friend :)
TheKenfig: it might but probably best see a doctor ;)
James Towse: Yes only with tubeless tyres. You can buy inner tubes which come with sealant and I guess you could add some to one via the removing the valve although I don't think they work as well as a tubeless setup -
Worked great

Yes only with tubeless setup tyres although you can buy innertubes with sealant/slime (as they call it) in them, not sure how good they are though
-
Does this only work with tubeless tyres? If not how do you put it in the innertube?
-
you buy it bro
-
Only loses a few psi if it seals quickly
-
Yep, thorns and small holes seal up fine with sealant. If you get a cut/slit though that often doesnt work so you have to use a tube then patch the tyre when you get home before going tubeless again
-
Is that now completely plugged? Can you ride on that for the foreseeable future?
-
@msmckinney777 It was a friends home made sealant hence the test. Rim was a Mavic 819, tyre a Kenda Nevegal normal one, ie not ust

I dont get it...
