I get what I call jelly legs after a ride,I go to walk up steps or stairs and my legs almost give way,am I doing something wrong to get this? And why is it happening?( ride for 2 /3 hrs, I do warm up first )any tips plz

Marc - If you find that bad, try going to the Norwegian glacier and snow fed fjords and going all the way in. I've done it, it was terrible.

hi guys just wondering if you now if you can run single speed front with an 8 speed rear all help will be great or even a video if it's possible on how too convert and what's needed to convert it I.e chains, chain guards and what ever else needed to make it happen
