The Quad - West Michigan Mountain Biking

This is my first of at least three collage videos of local mountain bike trails here in West Michigan. The Rockford Quad (formerly known as "The Trifecta") is located near Rockford Michigan and consists of 4 mountain bike trail systems all within riding proximity of each other. The four trail systems are: Cannonsburg State Game Area, Cannonsburg Ski Area, Luton Park, and newest to the group Merrell Trail. If ridden in its entirety you will ride roughly 50 miles. (30 miles of single track and 20 miles of paved connecting roads.) I recommend starting at either Cannonsburg State Game Area or Merrell Trail (the two anchor trails). This will give you the ability to know what you need to overcome on the return trip. Depending on your fitness level the connecting roads can provide significant elevation challenges on their own. Important Note: Though 90% of the paved route has wide shoulders, the majority of these connecting roads are high speed and high traffic roads so please use extreme caution!
