5. I come from the future. XT M780 shifters will go up the block at 4 cogs per thrown and down the block at 2 cogs per throw. Although you better have some long ass thumbs to get the 4th to throw cuz its a hella reach. PS. these shifters are sick. with or without ispec version.

12. whats the difference between an I-spec B and a normal one? and do I have to change my shifters also if my current shifters are connected to my brake lever ? thanks really seeking for advice :)

    Do you think i would get a more precise shifting if I swap my dehore M-591 to XT shifters, keeping my dehore SLX M-662 rear derailleur?

    i just bought the M785 Breaks, and i already installed the M770 shifters. Can i use them both together without Problems, or must i upgrade to i Spec??

15. Hi, great video man! Just one thing, what made you go for XT shifters instead of the SLX, i've been around and around and I can't make up my mind! I have the SLX brake set, I-spec B-type!

    FYI: you can use a 7mm wrench to tighten the adjustment slider screw.

20. As usual, you tube came up trumps! Thanks for the video, i was in the garage 30 minutes trying to work how the ispec stuff connected! Mine was a 2014 xt levers to xtr shifters, works a treat!
