Stiffness? Looking at an Izalko Dura ace now

2 questions.
How do you know when you have "out ridden" your bike, meaning you know your body is capable of more but your bike is holding you back?
Coming back from an injury. I have 5 weeks before a race. I have not ridden for two weeks. What would be a good training program? -
Did Dan just finger Romain Bardet's bike??
-
7.260kg is freaking light for a bike with Etap, deep weels, alloy handlebars, pedals, 32 casette, heavy saddle as those fizik,
-
Finally I've found a pro bike with the same handlebars tilt similar to how I like to set them up. I thought I was the only one pervert 😅
