A trip down Rattlesnake Ridge from Foresta at 4,200' down to El Portal and the Merced River at 2,000'. This was a popular ride in the early 2000's but overgrew and became to thick to ride. The El Portal Fire of 2014 nuked this area and opened it back up. It wont last long as it is already growing back. This gives a good look at the burned area top to bottom

Nice ride and views of the area, Was that trail created by a underground utilities instillation. Noticed the box at 3:39 min.
