hi GMBN, can i use my Marin Bobcat Trail 7.5 on downhill ride or jump ride? respect from Philippines.☺
-
#ASKGMBN I recently got a specialized stumpjumper as a gift and it has 140mm of travel on it, I was wondering if I would be able to use this bike on DH mountain bike trails and what I would have to do to make it DH friendly
-
#askgmbn I just came off my xc bike up on the trails and had to go to hospital because I broke a few bones and injured my collarbone the docs said I'll be out for a couple of weeks any suggestions to get my confidence back

It is a mongoose bedlem pro series, will i look like an idiot on the trails or do people realize that you can still buy new top shelf pro series bikes from mongoose its a more of downhill mtb race style setup?????????

If I could, I'd have a DH bike, trail bike, and an XC rig, but never any lycra gear.

Do they change fresh parts to competition bikes between every race or after there's normal amount of wear?
-
#ASKGMBN Is a full face helmet too much if you drive a xc hardtail bike?
-
Hey GMBN, what do you think of Oval chainrings? I've heard both camps discuss them but I was wondering if you wanted to do a Vs 1x video :)
I'm building up a Kona Honzo and am looking to get any advantage going up hill i can :S lol -
I am looking to buy a Canyon Strive to progress my riding, and was wondering what would be better for me; carbon or aluminum? I don't tend to crash, but the crashes that do happen are small/medium ones. What exactly are the advantages for each material and what would be best for me? #ASKGMBN

If I have a 27.5 wheel with a 120mm fork can i swap that for a 160mm fork with a 26 wheel to counteract the extra length?
-
#ASKGMBN Another wheel question for you guys. There were, when 29ers came about, a few bikes with a 29er front, and a 26er in the rear. Motorcycles typically do not have the same wheel and tire sizes front to rear, so when it comes to quick, and reasonably compatible swaps (with minimal fuss), what about a 29er front and a 27.5+ rear? I can see this as being something rather interesting for the likes of a hardtail, taking the sting out of some edges at the rear while maintaining potentially the same steering feel at the front. Thoughts?

#ASKGMBN Hey guys, i've wanted to ask this for quite some time now since i couldn't find anything on the internet . What is you opinion on matching shock and fork travels . I have a 160mm shock bike with a 200mm fork, and shop mechanics said as long as their rebound times are synced it should be okay. what are your thoughts on this ?
