Incycle Hammer Time XC Mountain Bike Bonelli Race - FULL RACE

I got 4th place at Race #2 of the Triple Crown Series (Cycle Events Company) at Bonelli Park in San Dimas, Southern California. Crashed into another racer @ 22:38 and dropped my water bottle @ 30:05 watch me make an expert pass on the guy ahead of me at 1:02:40 to jump up from 5th to 4th before the finish! Handlebar mounted GoPro on my Giant Anthem X 29er to capture all of the race footage. This is an unaltered clip of the race from start to finish! This course was lots of fun, but much harder than everyone expected. As you can see there is tons of variety in the course this year; rocks, roots, ruts, sand, gravel, switchbacks, steep climbs, tons of hairpin turns, fun & technical downhill. I'm glad I came prepared, but will try even harder next year!!! Was great to have this race in the fall since I missed the "Knobby Time" and Kenda Cup races earlier this year. What Class was this? Slow racers. Minnesota racers would kill that pace, and I mean our beginners (Cat3). Good video, just surprised at the pace.

Didnt seem like a very technical race, 90% being on double track. I was surprised how slow people were moving on the single track.

Shitty hard tails, i for one will glad to see hard tales go away and fs frames drop in price. In 10 years there wont be any hard tails. Hard tales are a relic waiting to die. A carry over to xc am dh. Just wait, roads bike will get shocks. Bet me .

So cool to see such a grass roots race. Looks like people had a good time with whatever bike they had. I think I even saw dual crowns at one point. I miss the San Dimas area. Well done.
