A how to video on how to clean your bicycle frame, derailleurs, cassette, cranks, chain, tires, and more. Rinse, soap/degrease, rinse again, dry then lube. Never use high pressure water on your bike, since it will get into the bearings. Stick with a shower or mist mode on a hose attachment similar to the one in this video. Dry completely and lube the chain, derailleurs and shifters. Also a good time to clean & lube your cables. Simple question here- I'm about to pick up my first work stand for washes and tire changes. If the stand is going to get some soap and water on it from washes, how can I make sure it does not rust and stays in good condition?
