just from a guy who spent lots of time doing chest and shoulders . 1:55. Wrong. bend your elbows about 30deg make sure your knees are bend a bit, your bum is really pushed to the back and you have always ( ALWAYS!) naturally straight spine. Way you do that will damage your spine buddy.reduce some weight this is a bit to much for you. On a good note: chest press perfect ;p

I got a dh bike
santa cruz v10 2010and i use it everywere like jumps around in the city and stuff and looking to buy a new bike and i really like the very bouncy seat and fork what kinda bike should i get i ride most flat but sometimes downhill too and i cant find a bike that fits for me :( -
I have a cross country bike and on a downhill section my legs are struggling and became tired in 2 minutes. Then I dissapointed, getting back to uphills. What would u advice to me?
