How to setup front and rear MTB suspension sag

1. hey bike radar , i dont have valve cap is that makes my suspension air out ?
2. Do i have to pump air in both parts of the fork or are they somehow connected? How do i determine the amount of air in each part? Thank you!

6. Is the amount of pressure on the fork completely dependant on the fork make and model and bike geometry, if the rider remains the same? Because I remember having 90psi on my old bike, but with the new one that has a different fork and 20mm extra compression room, I use about 70 to reach 15% sag. I'm probably going to like it more on the harder side, since I don't want to get in trouble normally, I just want a pleasureable ride.
7. My monach r takes 190psi when I set it for 30% sag. Seems all compared to yours. I'm 14 stone.

9. is it bad that my O ring goes all the way down on my rear shock when I'm riding? do I need more air?

11. I cant seem to find the style of suspension I use, Mine is a hand turning one  (coil) with a tube covering. how do I know if its better or worse I cant tell when I twist it, any help on this would be amazing.
12. It wasn't really shown in the video, but when you measured your sag on the fork did you do that with the same central, neutral seated position as when rear sag was measured, or was more weight put forward?
13. Hi my bike came with no valve cap for the rear could I use a dust cap or is it okay leaving it or do I put tape on it
