No need to remove the pedals and use a Torque Wrench to undo any nuts or bolts!

I have a Sram S200 and I tried to remove both arms to clean and re-grease, but the small one (the one without the chainrings) won't come out. I tried everything but it looks like there's a smaller piece threaded on the inside of it, one that needs a specific tool with a lot of teeth. Am I missing something out here. If anyone is familiar with this model, please contact me I can provide a few pictures of my setup for better understanding. Thanks!

First thing you need to be sure that your new crankset is compatible with the axle length of bottom bracket that you have otherwise your front derailleur won't work

I've got the same tools but still cannot get the crankset off .

I wanted to see the whole thing pulled.. bearings and all. not just the arms!

im wanting to remove mine as its creaking and getting worse. mine is a vengeance 2 model but seems to be different, not allen bolts but nuts. and teeth around the edge of those.

Damn it, I can't get the crank off. I have the right crank removal tool, it fits like a glove but the sodding thing is so damn tight. Any advice how to proceed? I cleaned all that I could with WD40, scrubbed it with a toothbrush and then oiled it. Still unable to remove the crank. :-/

good video. but you don´t need a torgue wrench to losen a bolt. i#m not saying, i wouldn´t use it, it´s more convenient to use just one tool for two jobs, but it is not what it it´s made for. just saying

I can't find the exact crank set that my bike came with. What should I be looking for to make sure that a crank set that I buy will work on my bike?

can i use threadlock on the bolts-?

I don't mean to be critical, but why in the world would you need a torque wrench to remove ANY bolt?
