7. I'm looking through all these comments and Jesus the best way to do this is get another shifter selector for your rear sprocket it don't need a cable to it but the tension and nothing should hold that in a row correctly for thousands of miles

I have a problem with one new bike, I was riding in a little ruff terrain downhill and the chain jumps and get stuck in the front between the small derailleur and the frame (awful marks on the new frame) could this trick be the only solution or there is something else that could be the problem. I´m new to this and the frame is hardtrail not suspension, thanks
