there's a few things I forgot to say/ explain in this video. 1.when you learn how to j-hop/bunny hop try to land even 2.when you pick up keep your toe's pointed down 3. when you pick the back end up (with toe's still pointed down) put some pressure on the peddles and suck in you're knees. 4. if you go from a light bike and cant get it go to a heavy bike and start off on that. then you can go back and practice the whole thing and you're body will have more muscle mass than what it did before.
