Wow Bikeman you really help out People who seem to abuse their Bikes alot.. In your case i would puke the shit out of every hole on my Body, knowing how much this baby gets abused! I would probably spend Days to dissassambled and reassamble it, cleaning it and relubing/greasing it.. But thats something people usually don't want, just fix what is broken and be done with it, and thats totally ok

I have an old Performance RD-100?R and the belt that drives the front roller has disintegrated. Rollers are fine, but I do not know where to purchase a replacement belt.
Diameter and length would be my next question after locating a supplier. Would it be cheaper to purchase O-ring material and weld it somehow? -
The destroyed my cassette in 2 weeks(100km). It was a brand new bike still under warranty tho so I need to take it back.

I'm about to replace a Shimano HG-40 11-34 cassette on my hybrid. When I searched for the HG-40, all I could find was HG-41. Although it won't really matter (I'm also installing a new, compatible wheel/freehub), I'd like to know what difference, if any, there is between these two cassettes.
But here's the real question: My current chain has only a little over 200 miles. Should I still replace it? -
As always, awesome instructions. Question: I noticed that near the end of rotating on the lock-ring with the lock-ring tool I heard some grinding noises. Does that mean the required torque has been reached? I'm guessing that the grinding noise is nothing to be concerned about?

Could you add a link to the next segment about installing the chain? I searched your site but it doesn't pop up easily. Thanks! Great videos, by the way!

hey bmfu.......quick question. I am working on a 10 speed campy but for some reason, even with all the spacers in the right places and through many reapplication, there is still some play in the cassette. Any thoughts?

Typical woman's bike. Corrosion everywhere, no maintenance for sure, not a bit of lubricant anywhere and... hair... And then "honey, my bike broke down"!

I feel like I just got swindled...seems like a used car salesmen lol. good information though.

I'm confused but there again, I'm English! In the description "An 8-speed cassette works on a crank with 1, 2 or 3 chainrings, so you can make an 8 speed, 16 speed, or 24 speed bike.". But in the video you say make sure you replace it with what was on the bike, dont start messing around as none of this stuff is compatible! Can you clarify as I want to convert a 6 (18) speed into an 8 (24). Thanks
