This video helped a lot, thanks a bunch :)

Can you show how to attach the shoes? I have tried but can not :(
-
its taken me 5 months to get the position just right ( I have a wonky knee ) but in the end it was worth it , I use mtb shoes on my racer just because its easier to walk once I'm off the bike , cleats realy do make a difference on hills or just powering away on the flat

One question. How do i know were to put the cleats? If in front holes, or in the back holes?

thank you for the tutorial!

When yo take the cleats off the pedal to know the right position, the cleats will move because they are not thight

Superb! Brilliant video, thanks :-) Just got myself a pair having been using mountain bike pedals for the last 20 years. And this explains what and how I need to do in order to get the correct set up.
