16. Thank you. I'm working on an older model nexus 7 without the qr nut so the cable is fixed in place with a small hex bolt (m3?). The locking doesn't want to engage with the gear jockey assembly mounted. I'll try checking the cog as you suggested. Any other thoughts on what might be impeding the locking? Anyone?
