That's BMX for you, I'm pretty sure we should be liking BMX years to dog years, as being in your mid/late 20's is seriously old age in BMX as far as your body is concerned, alright when you're a teen and just bounce when you crash, but at 26 I've got to exercise and eat healthy if I wonna keep the aches and pains of riding away and my stamina levels up. Not to mention as you get older and can't ride as much as you used too, start to lose your bottle a little too.. :\
