Been doing these exercises for a couple of days now, i'm happy to tell that my thighs are dead!

Can someone please confirm if a beginner should start on this video or his new ultimate beginner video? Also, how often should you do this workout in a week? Thanks!

A lot of comments requesting a more beginners version. I am about to attempt and as I do with any fitness video I try my best and stop if I need to. It's about building it up if you try the video 2-3 times a week eventually you will be able to do it! No pain no gain 😝

I thought I was reasonable fit before I did the whole 4 rounds :D Now I know I will be after following the video from now on :) Like they say no pain no gain :) Love it. Thank You!

Is there any HIIT cardio for beginners that are more beginners than the actual beginners?

Wow I'm 5'2" and weigh 12 1/2 stone and old, if I try and do this I will be dead after 5 mins, do you have a real beginners video, will come back to this when I've gotten use to any exercise, any recommendations please?

Hi Joe, much as I could watch you workout out all day, what would be really helpful, is you taking a true beginner through this workout. This would give a much better indication of how one would endure. Personally, I'd need a double dose of Ventolin to survive the warm-up. Having said that; I notice it was published 2yrs ago, so maybe it has already been done.

I thought I was fit before this. turns out I'm just treadmill and bike fit. I've no doubt it's achievable not my God it's disheartening to see this is for beginners!

Do you have any excercise that doesn't hale a high impact on the ankles?

First hiit done and generally wanted to give up after round 2. Carried on including missing squats in r3. Feel good now I've done it. Keeping up with this vid for a bit until I can do them properly. Felt like I was going to be sick. How unfit 😩

Mountain Climber Pulls. "Knees to the chest". Ha ha Joe, you have a sense of humour. Impossible to do while ever the beer belly gets in the way. LOL!
