Forest Of Dean,Gloucestershire U.K Mountain Biking For this Show we went the "FoD" some more downhill. This place is great it has a cafe ,bike shop, showers good parking and uplift service but It also has a bike rental service thats great for famliy days out. Thers lots to ride here but we stuck to the 3 main line Cork Screw , Sheeps Skull and Ski Run find out more here http://thefod.co.uk/ Music The first track here was Olly Murs feat. FOD sucks! its not downhill........ it's flat, short and pointless, why bother when u have other amazing trails centres so close that are actually on mountains and have real dh runs and amazing xc loops! Sorry but just my thoughts

the new track is wiked nice drops and big jumps top to bottom , the lads did a good job building it. Thers also a a set of jumps at the bottem too practice on.
