BW Cycling MTB XC Racer Training Day

Andy Wadsworth and Oli Beckingsale take a group of riders out from the BW cycling base in Bristol on to the Ashton Court trails. The day included fitness testing, talks on race prep and training, then it was out on the bikes for some skills and drills.
