The Quattro tilt extension kit, when fitted, will increase the tilt range by an extra 17 degrees. To do this: Release the retaining wheel and tilt the Quattro to its limit. Using a 13mm spanner and a 5mm allen key, loosen the tilt bracket and remove the first bolt, nut and 3 washers. Keep these handy. Now remove the rubber nut cover and using the same spanner and allen key, loosen the second bolt and nut and remove the bracket. Take the new extension tilt bracket and one of the new nylock nuts and attach to the mainframe using the second bolt. Using the spanner and allen key, tighten hand tight. Re attach the rubber nut cover. Attach the other end of the tilt bracket to the main frame using the first bolt and 3 washers. Attach the other end of the tilt bracket to the main frame using the first bolt and 3 washers. You will see the tilt bracket move closer to the main frame when tightening but make sure to not over tighten, as their needs to be enough space between the main frame and the bracket to allow it to move freely.
