I got a carrera hellcat for 299 pounds. It was on sale and it's previous before sale price was 429 pounds. I got it at halfords is this a good bike BTW I got silver is it a nice colour. I'm super excited to get it. But I can change my mind because I haven't picked it up yet. so is it good?

Got a Diamondback Axis recently. Enjoying hitting the trails and riding in general. Great exercise and a lot of fun. I paid $400 on sale from $600. The brakes could use an upgrade and possibly the front-end. Would like to add a dropper post in the future. even with those upgrades, I'll be in the bike less than $1k and will have a great ride. T6-6160 frame is a little heavy, but I'm not ready or willing to spend the money on carbon just yet.
