I used my Canon XHA1 to video the entire build of a proto-type frame for my 10 year old. This frame is made of 7005 Aluminum with a very short chain stay. Once the geometry is confirmed I will make a final version with a few tweeks. In this video i had 9.6 hours of video footage and increased the speed to 5000%. It starts with fresh Easton 7005 Tubing and ends with my son riding off. I painted the Aluminum frame with a 3 stage kit by SEM. The color is Matte Black and the kit is called "Hot Rod Black". This frame was a proto-type for the final version that can be seen at the below link. In the final frame i added an integrated seat. Yes, it is fixed which is fine in a race frame. However, if we want to add a traditional seat, we just need to cut off the tube and add the seat, post and clamp. http://s1097.photobucket.com/albums/g347/GuyGodwin/7005%2020%20inch%20micro/?action=view¤t=Florence-20120612-00823.jpg
