Nice video. I wanted my girlfriend to see what its like for me to ride a mountain bike. I ride at Big Creek regularly. I thought she would get bored watching it after 30 seconds. She watched the whole video and said it was relaxing. I told her this is how I meditate, when I ride Big Creek. (She had asked me if I wanted to do meditation with her. I declined). She's not likely to take up mountain biking. I would be lucky if she'll ride a beach cruiser on the Greenway trail.
